Problem: What determines customer satisfaction? Evaluate policies for maintaining customer satisfaction and its influence on profit of the company. Take into account products life cycle, impact of marketing and change of customer preferences over time.

Solution: Important determinants of customer satisfaction were identified during the project - in pre-sale sale and post-sale phases. Model involves dynamics of supporting departments (call-center, technical support, network development etc.)  and includes also competition. Simulator implementation helped to find answers to all question asked above, now serves for testing new strategies. Model is constantly evaluated and refined to reflect current market situation. The client has employees trained in our courses and all updates are done by them.
